This place is hands down one of thee best places for cars. Period. The experience is friendly and efficient. We got the car of our dreams there, and I highly recommend this place. Very personable staff and their service garage is excellent! We had a bearing go out just a little while after we got our car, and they fixed it within 2 hours of me bringing it to them. I really can't stress enough how easy and comfortable this experience has been. I will be going there when I need my next vehicle and I will be a lifelong customer! Heritage Auto turned my wishful thinking into a reality. They did not have the vehicle I wanted on their lot, so they conducted a nationwide search and found “the one” in Missouri. 3 days later it was on their lot and now belongs to me! Not only did they stay in my budget but they also helped me get out of an upside down auto loan without going upside down in my new vehicle.
I have always loved this place and the honest trustworthy people, bought a new car from them 2 years ago. I have referred several people and always tell them how great they are. NEVER AGAIN. My uncle just bought a used car from them under warranty and it needed a new starter and strut mounts less then ONE MONTH after purchasing it and they REFUSE TO HELP, REFUSE TO HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. My uncle even said hed pay for the parts if they'd forgive the labor. They said THEY CANT DO THAT. What a shame to mislead a customer. I would NOT RECOMMEND these lieing crooks to ANYONE in the future. And I use to love this place! Now I need a new place to get my cars oil changed as well as my fiancés truck. SAD!
